List Mike Kalambay case: Artist Déborah Lukalu’s lawyer issues stern warning to Penielle Nsamba (document)

The lawyer of artist Déborah Lukalu Kaseba has just sent a letter to Madame Penielle Nsamba in which he accuses her of tarnishing his client’s reputation.

According to the document, a copy of which was sent to Brothermyephre.com, Patrick Londonga warns Pastor Mike Kalambay’s ex-wife that legal action will be taken against her if she continues to make unfounded allegations about his clientele via social networks.

“Indeed,without prejudging a certain date, but during the month of March of the current year, you took the liberty of making statements on social networks falsely and maliciously claiming that my client was having an intimate relationship with your ex-husband, Mr. Mike KALAMBAY, a famous Christian musical artist,” he writes.

And to reiterate:

“It isimportant to point out that this is not an isolated incident in that, in 2020, you falsely claimed via the social networks Twitter and Instagram to your 350,000 followers that my client had stolen your phone. Although you later retracted your post, you never retracted your statement or refuted the rumors when they resurfaced on various social media platforms in 2022.”

In the same correspondence, Ms. Kaseba’s lawyer stressed that the allegations made by Penielle Nsamba had caused considerable damage to his client’s profession.

“For your information, your false declarations and successive publications on various social networks have caused considerable damage to my client’s private and professional life.My client’s main source of income comes from her musical career, and her ancillary income which also lends itself to social networks. As a gospel artist and spiritual leader to many, my client’s reputation is vital to the success of her career and her vision for those who follow her.To insinuate that she stole and, worse still, committed adultery while married, is to diminish the work she has done and a malicious attempt to destroy her career and private life.” he hammered.

For the past few days, Penielle Nsamba has been pillorying a number of Congolese celebrities who rub shoulders with her ex-husband.

To justify her action, she says she is pressuring Mike Kalambay to give her access to their two children, whom she says she hasn’t seen for several months.

Recently, she published a list containing a litany of names of women she claims committed adultery with the father of her children during their marriage.
Among the celebrities mentioned by Penielle Nsamba, Deborah Lukalu is so far the only one to announce, via her lawyer, a possible legal action.
